About Equal Culture

B.G. Creating Equal Culture (R.A.) was established in 2023 in Rishon LeZion, Israel, to advance equality in cultural life for people with disabilities. We design inclusive workshops, accessible events, and professional development opportunities that enable participants to create, perform, and share their talent. Our work connects artists, educators, families, and cultural institutions to build welcoming spaces where diversity is celebrated and accessibility is built-in from the start. What makes us unique is our focus on dignity, real participation, and artistic excellence—helping individuals not only take part, but thrive and be recognized.
